About the Role
As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Crossmint, you will own the technical relationship with some of our most important enterprise and high-growth customers. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, helping teams successfully design, launch, and scale production web3 applications.
You are not just support. You are a trusted technical partner and advisor.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own and grow relationships with key enterprise customers, deeply understanding their business goals and technical architecture.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers building with Crossmint’s APIs, wallets, payments, and infrastructure.
Help customers design, implement, and launch end to end solutions using Crossmint’s tools.
Translate technical implementations into measurable business outcomes and customer value.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate with engineering to drive fast, high quality resolution.
Develop deep expertise across blockchain, stablecoins, wallets, tokenization, and agentic commerce flows.
Proactively manage customer health, identifying risks, expansion opportunities, and paths to long-term success.
Feed structured customer feedback back into product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions.
Improve scalability and leverage by automating workflows and processes using tools such as scripting, Zapier, and AI agents.
Operate comfortably in a fast-moving environment with evolving products and customer needs.
About You
To succeed in this role, you likely have:
5+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.
Strong experience supporting or selling APIs and developer platforms.
Solid understanding of how modern web APIs work and the ability to explain technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical depth.
Hands-on technical troubleshooting experience and comfort working closely with engineering teams.
Experience managing long-term enterprise customer relationships.
Strong customer orientation with a bias toward outcomes and ownership.
Analytical mindset and comfort using data to assess customer health and success.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for web3, crypto, and programmable finance.
Strong Plus If You Have
Hands-on experience with smart contracts, including deploying contracts in Solidity.
Familiarity with ERC721 and ERC1155 standards.
Proficiency in Typescript or Python.
Experience using tools such as Postman and working extensively with REST APIs.
Strong understanding of wallets, signing flows, and onchain transaction lifecycles.
Prior experience working with NFTs, tokenized assets, or crypto payments.
Comfort using AI and automation tools to scale customer support and operations.
