Responsibilities
You will help accelerate Crossmint’s growth, working closely with the founders and leadership team to:
- Identify and prioritize opportunities with enterprise customers (top priority), and start-ups.
- Execute enterprise sales end-to-end, including negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
- Be a thought-partner to clients, brainstorming creative blockchain use cases that touch millions of consumers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Become a thought leader: know the market, regulations, and latest technical innovations.
- Understand the product in detail and work with other departments (engineering, product, marketing) to help shape the roadmap based on customer demand.
About You:
You’ll have a proven sales track record, ideally in a related company. Moreover you will be a natural salesperson:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English skills, any other additional language is a plus. Ability to clearly present data, context and impact of our services/products in the client's business.
- Previous Experience: 3-10 years of professional experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or management consulting and deep knowledge about the web3 ecosystem.
- Sales instinct: be able to motivate teams about your vision and convince prospective clients to use our products.
- Creativity and vision: be good at predicting where the world is going.
- Analytical and problem solving skills and thrive in high-pressure environments.
- An entrepreneurial mindset: with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Constantly coming up with new ways to find business
Preferred Experience
We highly value candidates who have:
- Worked on technical products or developer infra
- Worked on or used crypto as consumers
- Enterprise sales experience
- Started a company
