A global team. We're about 70 people with offices in New York, Miami, Madrid, and Buenos Aires, and remote team members in San Francisco and beyond. Across the team we have 10+ nationalities, something you feel in how we think, communicate, and approach problems.

The team includes people who came from Google, Meta, Amazon, Datadog, McKinsey, and others, alongside about 8 ex-founders who bring a different kind of experience to the table. Hybrid by design. We encourage people to come into the office and do our best work together, while also fully supporting remote setups. The expectation is simple: do great work, wherever that happens.
People here look out for each other. That shows up in the small things, like someone jumping in to help with a document, a last-minute request, or a hard debug at an inconvenient hour. It also shows up in how we communicate: directly, warmly, and with intention. We're protective of a culture where feedback is honest and specific, recognition is genuine, and nobody has to read between the lines to understand where they stand.
Ownership over process. We move fast and take responsibility for outcomes. Each person is encouraged to be the Directly Responsible Individual on what they own, which means fewer handoffs, clearer accountability, and work that actually gets done.
Together in person, often. Three times a year, the whole company meets for an offsite. Real working weeks with workshops, planning sessions, and time to build the kind of trust that makes distributed teams actually work. People come back from these recharged, and the effects carry through until the next one.
AI is how we work. Claude, Devin, Cursor, n8n, and other tools are woven into how people work across every function. The company invests in this deliberately and keeps raising the bar. One of the most common things you hear from people joining is that the tooling here is unlike anywhere they've worked before.
Curious by default. Between the wellness channel, the music channel, and the books channel, you get a sense pretty quickly that there's a lot going on outside of work too. People bring that into how they show up.
